This Privacy Policy statement (the “Privacy Policy”) explains our privacy practices for our users who have subscribed to the High-Speed Internet service (the “Service”) and use our website, (the “Site”), for its high-speed internet services and the other technology services provided.

Please note that if you provide any information on your own directly to parties who provide service to our Site or any other sites you encounter on the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the Personal Information you disclose to them.  We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing information to third parties.

6. Sharing Personal Information.  We do not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except in the limited circumstances described below:

a. We may provide to a third party the information that is necessary to fulfill a request or order you have placed with us, such as, for example, qualifying a residential address, setting up an appointment for installation or subscribing to our high-speed internet plan.

We encourage you to review our privacy statement to make sure you understand how information you provide will be used. If there is ever a material change to how we use information you provide and the new uses are unrelated to uses we disclose in this statement, we will communicate the changes in advance.
